SDG FitCamp

SDG FitCamp is a fun, energetic 45-55 minute strength training class that focuses on exervices that emphasize core stability, flexibility, and overall strength.

You will be encouraged and empowered while burning calories at a record pace.

Muscle & Movement

Muscle & Movement is a fun, energetic 45-minute class that begins with a dynamic warmup and transitions to targeted muscle group weight training.

We end with an emphasis on core and ab work. This is an incredible standalone class to build muscle as well as tone.

Fundamentals of Dynamic Strength Training.

Learn & develop the basic principles & techniques of dynamic strength training with the Mace, Club, & Kettlebell.

 

You will learn proper form & execution to enhance your training.

Methodology

Our approach is to provide encouragement & motivation with immediate feedback and guidance on proper exercise forms to prevent injuries, with continuous assessment of progress and adjustments to ensure optimal results.
